The main modifications of the standard are as follows:

Add 2 items to reference specification

(1) JIS Z 8802 (determination method for pH);

(2) ISO1257-1 (Ball Point Pens and Refills-part 1:General use),ISO 14145-1 (Roller Ball Pens and Refills-Part1 :Gener).

Modify terms and definitions

There are five terms and definitions for the modification of pencils and colored pencils and their cores, including pencils, black lead cores for pencils, hardness marks, colored pencils and colored pencil cores.

The quality requirements

The concentration test method USES the BIC company's proposal as the spiral (method B) and the previously used test method as the recording (method A).

Method A USES 128±5 g/m2 drawing, method B USES the marking paper specified in ISO12757-1 or ISO 14145-1, marks on different marking machines according to the requirements, measures the data at the specified position of the marking trace with the concentration tester, and calculates the concentration by formula.
